A.P.T High School

ATHLETIC • PERFORMANCE • TRAINING

High School Strength and Conditioning is designed to assist athletes in enhancing their strength, speed, agility, and endurance while reducing the risk of injury. Through a structured training program, athletes will improve their overall performance and build a solid foundation for long-term athletic success. This class will take place in the fitness area. SHOOTING • MEMBERSHIP is necessary to book this class.
