Girls Middle/ High School Strength & Conditioning is centered on developing strength, agility, and endurance through age-appropriate exercises and resistance training. Athletes will learn proper movement mechanics, injury prevention techniques, and sport-specific conditioning to enhance their performance and boost their confidence. Each session focuses on controlled progression, ensuring a safe and effective method for building power, flexibility, and overall athletic ability. This class will take place in the fitness area.
